Ride a train through Kilohana Plantation’s 105-acre orchard where more than 50 varieties of fruits are flourishing, sample what’s ripe there right off the trees, learn how to make cocktails with made-on-Kauai Koloa Rum, and “talk story” with farmers to find out how to select and cook the healthy veggies they grow.

Lunch menus feature dishes inspired by seasonal, locally sourced ingredients: think garden salad with lilikoi (passion fruit) vinaigrette, crispy pork belly, Kauai shrimp with pasta and Wailua herb butter, and Kauai Coffee espresso cheesecake with poha berry sauce.
