That’s because the Manoa coffee shop not only serves fresh-roasted local and world coffees, but also dishes up tasty food along with it.
Morning Glass is known for its drip coffees. The coffee shop works with Four Barrel Coffee and Coava Coffee Roasters; the beans are overnighted the day after roasting and are only used for one week before the shop receives a new shipment to ensure freshness.
Come hungry to Morning Glass. Most of the food is made in-house, from the pastries, sandwiches, sodas, syrups used for espresso drinks, even its ice cream.
Even better, Morning Glass working with Hawaii ranchers and farmers to source local produce and meats when possible.
A favorite is the funky mac and cheese pancakes: Two pancakes filled with elbow macaroni and aged Vermont cheddar.
