This charming art gallery, located in the three-block area of galleries, boutiques and restaurants that make up the heart of North Kohala’s rural Hawi, houses both interesting art, such as paintings and classic aloha shirts, and music, including vintage and custom Hawaiian ukulele and other instruments. The friendly owner has been known to give an eager ukulele buyer a quick lesson.
Three rooms make up the gallery and are filled with an interesting collection of local antiques, Hawaiian artifacts, vintage Hawaiiana, books, unique and unusual musical instruments, and locally crafted jewelry and other accessories.

Hawi, population about 1000, is a small but historically significant village near the site of Mo‘okini Heiau (temple), which was built about 480 A.D. The heiau, part of the Kohala Historical Sites State Monument, was the birthplace of Kamehameha I. Hawi is also the turnaround point for the Ironman World Championship Triathlon.
