Sisters Becky and Nani Rivera, both born and raised in Kona, opened the doors on August 1, 2012.
The vision? “To share delicious gourmet cupcakes and baked products with our own community and beyond.”
They brainstormed their own recipes for cupcakes and other drool-worthy confections, and the community has fallen hard for their Lilikoi Passion and Chantilly cupcakes.
The sisters do it all, from the front of the house to the back, and “Becky's two young sons know Bleu as their second home.”
All of this focus and dedication, not to mention passion, results in fabulous options like Campfire and Pistachio French Macarons, Campfire doughnuts, freshly baked Pâte à Choux filled with homemade chocolate pastry cream and signature Chantilly frosting, brownie bites, caramel banana cream tarts, and more.
