Things to do in Ontario, California

Our newest destination in Ontario gives travelers a welcome, easy-access arrival option beyond the busy Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Known as the “Gateway to Southern California,” Ontario is just an hour away from the glitz of Hollywood, the wonder of Disneyland, and the scenic beauty of Lake Arrowhead.

Not to be confused with Ontario, Canada, you’ll find sunny Ontario, California, just east of greater Los Angeles. The Ontario International Airport (ONT), ranked by Global Traveler magazine as the country’s fastest-growing airport, serves the Inland Empire, consisting of Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, San Bernardino and Riverside.

While all of Southern California is at your fingertips from Ontario, there is also plenty to do in and around the Ontario area. For some retail therapy, visit Ontario Mills, California’s largest indoor outdoor and retail mall. If you prefer the outdoors, shop and dine at Victoria Gardens nearby the Cucamonga Wilderness trails. Or take a road trip on iconic Route 66 and snap a selfie at the historic Cucamonga Service Station.

With a central location and easy travel to a variety of Southern California locations, our Ontario destination may be our best-kept travel secret… that may not stay a secret for long.
