We understand that your plans may change for a variety of reasons, and we want you to be able to book a Hawaiian Airlines flight with confidence and flexibility. That’s why we’ve made changes to our policies to make traveling with us that much easier.
There are no change fees for guests who purchase tickets or redeem HawaiianMiles:
- On any route within our network
- For Main Cabin fares and higher
Please note that a fare difference may apply if the rescheduled flight exceeds the value of the original ticket price.
Waivers in a time of need.
Although Main Cabin Basic tickets are not included in our refreshed policy, under our COVID-19 travel waivers, they are changeable without a fee until the waivers expire.

If you’d like to reschedule your current flight, simply follow the steps below or visit our help page.
- Click here to access My Trips and type in your last name and confirmation code or ticket number. Select "View My Trip".
- Select “Change Flights” and then select the guests whose flights need to be changed.
- Select the flight(s) that need to be changed, then choose your new flight(s) and complete your itinerary selections.
