HawaiianMiles Maintenance Notification

We are performing a system upgrade to our HawaiianMiles database. During this period, award and miles redemption will be intermittently unavailable. Response times and website performance may be slower than usual. This is expected to be completed by Wednesday, August 14 at 3:00 A.M. HST (Hawaii Standard Time). During the outage, the following functionalities will be unavailable:

• HawaiianMiles Member account login
• HawaiianMiles balance lookup
• My Account Profile and Settings management
• Award and HawaiianMiles redemptions via HawaiianAirlines.com
• ECertificate-type redemptions via HawaiianAirlines.com
• AMEX and Points.com transactions

This system upgrade will also affect our Reservations Call Center, limiting their ability to assist. We may experience high call volumes, which could result in extended wait times.
