All guests, US Citizens and Non-US Citizens traveling to the United States must complete the CDC Passenger Contact Tracing form. The CDC Passenger Contact Tracing Form will be collected by a Hawaiian Airlines Customer Service Agent on departure.

If you are travelling to the U.S. under the Visa Waiver Program, you will be required to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization to board the aircraft. You should apply for an Electronic Travel Authorization (ESTA) if you are from a country that participates in the Visa Waiver Program.

If you check in at a Domestic Australian Airport and hold a valid Boarding Card for your Hawaiian Airlines flight, please proceed directly to the gate when you arrive at the International Terminal. An Hawaiian Airport Customer Service Agent will need to verify your documents before you can board your flight.

Citizens, residents and eligible visa holders entering Australia do not need to provide evidence of vaccination status nor will they need to complete the Digital Passenger Declaration or Maritime Travel Declaration
